Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to identify and engage artists across various mediums and career stages.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with artists, understanding their needs, goals, and career aspirations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for artist inquiries, providing information and support regarding Career.zycto's offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, talent acquisition) to promote artist opportunities and success stories.
  • Represent Career.zycto at art fairs, exhibitions, workshops, and other industry events to network and discover new talent.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of artists and outreach activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Gather feedback from artists to continually improve our services and tailor support to the creative community.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform outreach strategies and identify new collaboration opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in outreach, community management, or relationship building within the arts or creative industries.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire artists.
  • Deep understanding of the art world, including current trends, artist challenges, and career pathways.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other digital communication tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for supporting creative talent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Arts Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination.
  • Established network within the Oxford or wider UK art scene.
