Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to identify and engage artists across various mediums and career stages.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with artists, understanding their needs, goals, and career aspirations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for artist inquiries, providing information and support regarding Career.zycto's offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, talent acquisition) to promote artist opportunities and success stories.
- Represent Career.zycto at art fairs, exhibitions, workshops, and other industry events to network and discover new talent.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of artists and outreach activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Gather feedback from artists to continually improve our services and tailor support to the creative community.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform outreach strategies and identify new collaboration opportunities.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in outreach, community management, or relationship building within the arts or creative industries.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire artists.
- Deep understanding of the art world, including current trends, artist challenges, and career pathways.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other digital communication tools.
