Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in line with project requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate and manage BIM models across multiple disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure seamless integration.
- Perform regular clash detection and interference checks using specialized software, facilitating resolution with relevant teams.
- Ensure BIM model quality, data accuracy, and adherence to company and project-specific BIM standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Provide technical support and training on BIM software and workflows to project teams.
- Generate BIM-derived deliverables, including 2D drawings, schedules, quantity take-offs, and visualizations.
- Manage BIM software licenses, updates, and templates.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders on all BIM-related matters.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and methodologies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP)
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192)
- Extensive experience with clash detection software (e.g., Autodesk Navisworks Manage)
- Solid knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D drafting and detailing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proven problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated project coordination experience within an AEC environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field
- Relevant certification in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional)
- Experience with other BIM-related software (e.g., Dynamo, Solibri, Tekla Structures)
- Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDEs) like Autodesk Docs or Trimble Connect
- Prior experience working on large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
