Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, motivate, and train a team of retail associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building lasting customer relationships.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping experience.
- Handle cash management, daily reporting, and ensure accuracy in transactions.
- Assist with scheduling, performance reviews, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Open and close the store according to established procedures, including securing premises and preparing for business.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
