Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring strict adherence to schedules, quality standards, and budget allocations.
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine production plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to consistently meet market demand.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of production staff, fostering a positive, productive, and results-driven work environment.
- Implement and uphold stringent quality control measures, including root cause analysis and corrective actions, throughout the entire production process.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve production bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and equipment-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of operational excellence using Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to optimize product launches, inventory management, and forecasting accuracy.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) rigorously and provide comprehensive reports on production output, quality metrics, and cost efficiency.
- Manage the preventative and corrective maintenance of production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in production management within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of successfully leading, motivating, and developing high-performing production teams.
- Strong, in-depth understanding of complex manufacturing processes, including assembly, fabrication, and stringent quality control.
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to drive operational improvements.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, strong analytical skills, and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Superior communication, interpersonal, and inspirational leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage budgets, control production costs, and optimize resource utilization.
- Familiarity with modern production planning software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Production), Operations Management, or a closely related technical field.
- Master's degree or MBA.

- Experience with automated production lines, robotics, and advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0 applications).
