Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances, adhering strictly to bank policies and procedures.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate bank products and services, making referrals to specialized staff when necessary.
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards and internal security protocols.
- Assist customers with account-related inquiries and basic problem-solving.
- Process loan payments, money orders, and cashier's checks.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
