Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving meals and drinks, and clearing tables efficiently.
- Support event setup and breakdown, including arranging furniture, decor, and equipment as per event requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all public and service areas, ensuring a presentable environment.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash/card transactions accurately when required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive team effort.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
