Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record detailed minutes.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation under supervision.
  • Conduct basic research and gather information pertinent to project tasks.
  • Support with data entry and updating project management systems.
  • Help identify and escalate potential project risks or issues to the Project Manager.
  • Contribute to the development of presentations and project summaries.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the project team.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
