Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support via phone, email, and chat for all company products and services.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Document all support interactions, resolutions, and procedures accurately in the ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Guide clients through step-by-step solutions, providing clear and concise instructions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Participate in on-call rotation schedules for after-hours support as required.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and customer service standards.
- Stay current with product updates, new technologies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support, helpdesk, or IT support role.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and common office applications (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
- Solid understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
- Experience with CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
