Job Description

Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Label Manager to join our growing team in North Hilltop, Columbia Falls. This is an urgent, full-time position critical to maintaining the integrity and consistency of our digital and physical assets. As a Label Manager, you will be the central point of contact for all label-related initiatives, playing a pivotal role in ensuring that all internal and external-facing materials adhere to our strict branding guidelines and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution, safeguarding our brand identity across all platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of content management systems, digital asset management (DAM) platforms, and metadata best practices. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of label management, from initial creation and version control to archiving and retrieval. This involves meticulously organizing, classifying, and tracking a vast array of assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and correctly attributed. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, legal, and IT teams to ensure brand consistency and compliance across all materials.
  • Conduct regular audits of existing labels and assets to identify and rectify inaccuracies or inconsistencies.
  • Train internal staff on proper labeling protocols and DAM system usage.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all label-related inquiries and projects.
  • Monitor industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with external vendors and partners.
  • Generate reports on label usage, compliance, and asset management performance.

Required Skills
