Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular internal and external patrols of the premises, ensuring all access points are secure and reporting any irregularities.
- Monitor CCTV systems and alarms proactively, responding to suspicious activities or alerts promptly and effectively.
- Manage access control for authorized personnel and visitors, verifying identities and issuing passes as required.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all security-related activities, incidents, and shift events.
- Respond swiftly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies (e.g., fire, medical, security breaches), and critical situations.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for all occupants.
- Liaise effectively with emergency services (police, fire, ambulance) when necessary.
- Conduct thorough searches (if required and authorized) in accordance with company policy and legal guidelines.
- Provide clear and concise handover briefings to the incoming shift.
- Safeguard company property and assets against theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
Required Skills
- Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) Door Supervisor or Security Guarding License.
- Proven experience in a security role, preferably within a night shift environment.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to operate CCTV monitoring equipment and basic computer systems.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
