Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and report on ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, marketing, sales) to ensure brand consistency.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, managing budgets and optimizing for performance.
  • Manage online reputation and actively engage with our community.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and key opinion leaders in our industry.

Required Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Understanding of web traffic metrics and content optimization.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications
