Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across key platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and report on ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, marketing, sales) to ensure brand consistency.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, managing budgets and optimizing for performance.
- Manage online reputation and actively engage with our community.
- Identify and engage with influencers and key opinion leaders in our industry.
Required Skills
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Understanding of web traffic metrics and content optimization.
