Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in both English and Spanish.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and build sustainable relationships of trust.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to effectively assist customers.

Required Skills

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication)
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or higher in a related field
  • Experience with CRM systems and practices
  • Previous experience in a call center environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
