Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute Career.zycto's overarching technology strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the engineering and IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure products.
- Manage technology infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and security across all systems.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies and architectural patterns to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Establish and enforce technical standards, best practices, and agile methodologies.
