Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers (physical and virtual), storage, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Lead and mentor a team of IT support specialists and system administrators, fostering professional growth and high performance.
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring minimal disruption and quick resolution.
- Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data security, system integrity, and operational efficiency.
- Manage IT budgets, procure hardware and software, and negotiate with vendors and service providers.
- Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and the implementation of new technologies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and data privacy standards.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement preventative measures to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams, ensuring smooth business operations.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven experience with network administration (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, Routing).
- Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and managing cloud-based infrastructure.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices in service management.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a technical team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
