Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, both internal and external, to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, fire, and vandalism.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems, responding promptly and appropriately to all alerts and irregularities.
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points to ensure proper functionality and security.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by all personnel and visitors.
- Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports, daily logs, and documentation of all security-related activities.
- Respond to emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, and security breaches, taking appropriate action as per established protocols.
- Control access to premises, verifying credentials and escorting unauthorized individuals off property when necessary.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, supervisors, and emergency services.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and authoritative presence.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a security role, preferably night shifts.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
- Ability to operate surveillance equipment and security systems.
- Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
