Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural elements.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve potential problems.
- Execute repairs and replacements as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Operate and maintain a variety of tools and equipment safely.
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors when specialized repairs or services are required.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in facility improvement projects and renovations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Facility Maintenance Worker or similar role.
- Solid understanding of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
