Key Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with classroom activities, preparing materials, and managing student groups.
- Supervise students during recess, lunch, and other non-instructional periods, ensuring their safety and adherence to school rules.
- Provide administrative support, including answering phones, managing records, and assisting with school communications.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming school environment.
- Support students with special needs under the guidance of educators and specialists.
- Facilitate positive interactions among students and promote a respectful learning atmosphere.
- Assist with school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities as needed.
- Report any concerns regarding student well-being or safety to appropriate staff members.
