Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, Georgia. This pivotal full-time role will be instrumental in meticulously managing the entire contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and negotiation to execution, amendment, and renewal. You will be tasked with ensuring rigorous adherence to internal company policies, all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and critically, the evolving expectations of our diverse clientele and partners. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and renewing various types of agreements.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (sales, legal, finance, operations) to understand business needs and translate them into robust contractual terms.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date contract management system, ensuring easy retrieval and tracking of all contractual documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate potential contractual risks, providing recommendations for risk management strategies.
  • Facilitate timely communication and resolution of contractual issues and disputes.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of contract law principles and legal terminology.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
