Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack products into boxes, containers, or other packaging materials.
- Inspect products for quality defects before packaging.
- Label packages correctly with product information and shipping labels.
- Operate basic packing machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production flow or issues.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliability and punctuality.
