Career.zycto is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters to join our vibrant front-of-house team. We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions, offering flexibility and a supportive work environment. As a Waiter, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience from start to finish. You’ll engage with patrons, provide menu guidance, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages with professionalism and warmth. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and informing them of daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor table activity to anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit cards, and gift certificates.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
