Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Educate customers on self-service options and features.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and sharing best practices.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (bilingualism is a strong asset due to location).
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality) is a plus.
