Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas, to established standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change and replace all bed linens and towels daily.
- Replenish amenities such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and fresh towels.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and all surfaces meticulously.
- Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors.
- Empty and clean wastebaskets and dispose of trash properly.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized cart stocked with supplies.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Respond courteously and efficiently to guest requests and inquiries, escalating as necessary.
