Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas, to established standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Change and replace all bed linens and towels daily.
  • Replenish amenities such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and fresh towels.
  • Dust furniture, fixtures, and all surfaces meticulously.
  • Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors.
  • Empty and clean wastebaskets and dispose of trash properly.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cart stocked with supplies.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Respond courteously and efficiently to guest requests and inquiries, escalating as necessary.
