You will be the linchpin connecting creative talent, technical teams, and external clients, ensuring that all aspects of production run smoothly, on time, and within budget.

As a Studio Production Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day studio logistics, coordinating resources such as equipment, facilities, and personnel. Your responsibilities will span across scheduling shoots, managing asset pipelines, overseeing post-production workflows, and maintaining crystal-clear communication with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain production schedules, timelines, and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate studio resources, including equipment, facilities, personnel, and external vendors.
  • Liaise effectively with internal creative teams, technical staff, clients, and freelancers to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
  • Oversee the pre-production planning process, including casting, location scouting, and script distribution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement proactive solutions.
  • Ensure all production activities adhere to health, safety, and operational guidelines.
  • Manage asset tracking, file management, and archiving systems to maintain an organised workflow.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and managing relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Prepare and distribute production reports, call sheets, and other essential documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the production team as required.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role in a studio or media production environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end production workflow, from concept to delivery.
  • Budget management and cost-tracking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with studio management software or booking systems.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard health and safety regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in client relationship management.
