Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business process analysis and gather detailed requirements from clients.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP solutions across various modules (e.g., SD, MM, FICO, PP, QM) to meet business needs.
- Develop functional specifications for custom developments and integrations.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination, and provide end-user training.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous system improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
- Stay current with SAP best practices, new functionalities, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with deep expertise in at least two core SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FICO, PP).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and their integration within SAP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team, managing time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP certification in one or more modules (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
- Previous consulting experience in a client-facing role.
