Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with pool area amenities (towels, loungers).
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the pool deck, changing rooms, and surrounding areas.
- Monitor guest activities to ensure adherence to safety rules and regulations.
- Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or suspicious activities to management.
- Provide basic first aid if needed, following established protocols (training will be provided).
- Assist with setting up and packing away pool equipment, umbrellas, and furniture.
- Answer guest questions about the facility and local area in a helpful and courteous manner.
- Ensure proper inventory and replenishment of pool area supplies.
- Perform routine checks of pool water quality and report any abnormalities (training will be provided).
- Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
