Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute proactive customer retention strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Proactively engage with a portfolio of existing clients to build strong, enduring relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Identify and address potential client concerns, issues, or risks promptly, implementing effective solutions to prevent churn.
- Conduct regular business reviews, performance discussions, and strategic planning sessions with clients to understand their evolving needs.
- Monitor customer health metrics, analyze churn data, and report on key trends and insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, account management, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive, superior client experience.

- Negotiate renewals and contract expansions, ensuring profitable and sustained client partnerships.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer retention, account management, or sales retention role.
