As a Front Desk Executive at Super U Flacq, you will be the primary point of contact for all incoming visitors, ranging from customers seeking assistance, suppliers, or general public. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly, directing them appropriately and professionally.
 - Manage the main reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and reflective of our brand standards.
 - Operate the main telephone switchboard, directing calls, taking messages, and handling general inquiries.
 - Assist visitors with general information, directions, and support as needed.
 - Maintain visitor logs and security procedures for all incoming and outgoing personnel.
 - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
 - Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
 - Act as a first point of contact for helpdesk queries, offering basic troubleshooting or escalating issues to relevant personnel.
 - Manage meeting room bookings and ensure their readiness.
 - Assist in the coordination of company events or meetings.
 - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data protection.
 - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless office operations.
 
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role.
 - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
 - Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
 - A professional and positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 - Fluency in English and French; Creole is a significant advantage.
 - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
