Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior welders and fabricators in preparing materials and equipment for welding and cutting operations.
- Learn and apply various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) under direct supervision, focusing on quality and safety.
- Accurately measure, cut, and shape metal components according to blueprints and design specifications.
- Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Understand and adhere to all safety regulations and company policies on construction sites.
- Perform routine inspection and basic maintenance of welding equipment.
- Participate in the assembly and installation of metal structures and components.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools are properly stored.
- Commit to continuous learning and skill development through observation and practical application.
- Report any potential hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.
