Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols of the premises, both internal and external, meticulously checking doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are securely locked. You will be tasked with monitoring surveillance cameras and alarm systems, promptly identifying and responding to any suspicious activity or security breaches. Effective access control will be a key part of your duties, including verifying credentials of any individuals entering or exiting the facility during your shift, logging visitor information accurately, and enforcing strict security protocols.
Beyond routine checks, this role demands proactive incident management. You will be expected to respond to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or unauthorized intrusions with calm efficiency, following established procedures and coordinating with emergency services as necessary. Detailed and accurate record-keeping is paramount; you will be required to document all incidents, observations, and activities that occur during your shift in comprehensive reports, ensuring smooth handovers to the morning team. Key Responsibilities
