Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to optimize sales processes and strategies continually.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and revenue management teams to ensure cohesive and integrated approaches to guest acquisition and retention.
  • Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management, providing actionable insights.
  • Identify and explore new business development avenues, including partnerships, channels, and market segments.
  • Lead the adoption of new sales technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
