Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with inquiries, luggage handling, and general requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of common areas, hallways, lobby, and back-of-house areas, ensuring a pleasant environment.
- Assist with room turnover tasks, including linen changes, replenishment of amenities, and light cleaning, under supervision.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest concerns or complaints, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Support front desk operations by answering phones, taking accurate messages, and directing calls to appropriate departments.
- Help prepare and set up meeting rooms, conference facilities, or dining areas as needed for events.
- Ensure all safety and security procedures are strictly followed to guarantee the well-being of both guests and staff.
- Collaborate effectively with housekeeping, front office, food and beverage, and other teams to ensure seamless guest service.

- Previous experience (6+ months) in a hospitality, hotel, or customer service role.
- Knowledge of local attractions, services, and cultural nuances in Uyo.
- Ability to speak multiple languages (e.g., Ibibio, French) is considered a valuable asset.
