Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all aspects of the comprehensive Auto Painter training program.
- Learn and master proper surface preparation techniques, including sanding, grinding, and body filler application.
- Practice and develop skills in masking, priming, and applying various types of automotive paint.
- Assist experienced painters with mixing paints to match specific vehicle colors accurately.
- Operate and maintain paint spraying equipment safely and effectively under supervision.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations regarding paint handling and disposal.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, ask questions, and accept constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
