Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property viewings and open houses for prospective clients.
  • Assist in property inspections and document existing conditions.
  • Support the preparation and processing of real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Liaise with clients, tenants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized property records and databases.
  • Conduct local market research to support property valuation and marketing strategies.
  • Assist with property marketing efforts, including signage placement and brochure distribution.
  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents and property managers.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve minor issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure properties are well-presented and maintained for showings.
