Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior barbers with client preparation, including draping and shampooing.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and salon area.
- Learn and practice various cutting, styling, and shaving techniques under direct supervision.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting clients and ensuring their comfort.
- Manage appointment scheduling and client check-ins/check-outs.
- Restock products and supplies, ensuring the salon is well-equipped.
- Observe and shadow experienced barbers to refine techniques and client interaction skills.
- Attend regular training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Support general salon operations, including laundry and light administrative tasks.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
