Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of the shop floor, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing materials and products.
- Help prepare outgoing shipments and assist with loading/unloading tasks as needed.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Provide general assistance to skilled tradespeople and other team members.
- Perform routine quality checks on materials and finished products.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on health and safety guidelines.

- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs comfortably and safely.
