Job Description

Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Frimley, Camberley. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update data into various database systems and spreadsheets.
  • Verify existing data for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
  • Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Respond to requests for information and access relevant files.
  • Adhere to data entry procedures and organizational policies.
  • Assist with clerical tasks as needed, such as filing and organizing documents.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar administrative role.
  • Fast typing skills; proficiency with 10-key numeric pad.
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.).
  • Basic understanding of databases.
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage flexible hours effectively.
