Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and monitoring of daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and other related paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Track and trace shipments, providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders and resolving any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage, packing, and loading of goods.
- Support the procurement team by assisting with vendor communication and order follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and relevant logistics standards.
- Generate reports on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate seamless operations.
- Assist with data entry and management within logistics software and systems.
