Key Responsibilities
- Perform general grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, weeding, and blowing.
- Assist with planting, mulching, watering, and fertilizing plants, shrubs, and trees.
- Operate and maintain various landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Clear debris, leaves, and other waste from properties.
- Prepare and cultivate soil for planting.
- Assist with minor hardscaping projects as required.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding outdoor work.
