Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure efficient delivery and receipt of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and operational activities.
- Prepare reports on retail performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of retail promotions and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
- Provide administrative support to the retail management team as needed.
- Participate in regular stock counts and reconciliation processes.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively, escalating as necessary.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail operations or an administrative support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
