Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect for new clients and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their insurance requirements and financial goals.
- Present, explain, and recommend suitable insurance products (life, health, auto, property, business, etc.) from a diverse portfolio.
- Prepare accurate quotes, process new applications, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed correctly and promptly.
- Provide exceptional post-sales service, including policy reviews, updates, and general client inquiries.
- Guide clients through the claims process, offering support, clarifying procedures, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and professionalism.
- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product offerings, and regulatory changes in the Jamaican insurance market.
