Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Bambous. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of various projects across our diverse portfolio, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed tasks, resource requirements, and schedules.
- Manage project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and external vendors.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
