Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the Nigerian market, with a focus on HR solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and pain points.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential new sectors for growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and client success teams to ensure a seamless client journey.

Required Skills
