Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces as required.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards within designated timeframes.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while on client premises.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services is an asset, but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 25 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage (training will be provided).
