Career.zycto is seeking an exceptional Studio Project Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Canley, Coventry. As a Studio Project Coordinator, you will be the linchpin connecting creative talent, client expectations, and project timelines. You will play a critical role in organizing workflows, managing resources, and maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the lifecycle of multiple creative projects, from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating clear and concise communication between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation, utilizing project management tools to track progress and identify potential risks.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and disseminate action items to relevant team members.
  • Monitor project budgets, process invoices, and track expenditures, ensuring financial objectives are met throughout the project duration.
  • Facilitate quality assurance processes, gathering feedback and ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and our high internal standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including briefs, assets, reports, and post-mortem analyses for continuous improvement.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, escalating complex problems to senior management when necessary to prevent project delays.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within a creative studio or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
