Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments.
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, taking messages as needed.
  • Greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and ensure a welcoming reception area.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, updating records and databases.
  • Assist with general office upkeep, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and coordinating maintenance requests.
  • Prepare and process various documents, such as memos, letters, and reports.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments or preparing meeting rooms.
  • Operate standard office equipment, including photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (minimum 1 year).
