Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and informative tours, showcasing local history, culture, and natural attractions.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants throughout the duration of the tour.
- Provide accurate and captivating commentary, adapting content to suit diverse audiences and interests.
- Manage tour logistics, including scheduling, transportation coordination, and adherence to itineraries.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and emergencies professionally and efficiently.
- Promote local businesses and cultural experiences where appropriate, enriching the visitor's journey.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and customer service.
- Stay updated on local events, attractions, and relevant safety guidelines.
- Gather feedback from guests to contribute to continuous improvement of tour offerings.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Extensive knowledge of Greater Portmore, Portmore, and Jamaican history, culture, and geography

Preferred Qualifications

- Certification in First Aid and CPR

- Formal training or certification in tourism or hospitality
