Key Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive tasks on an assembly line to construct products according to specifications and production schedules.
- Inspect parts and products for defects or quality issues, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, company policies, and quality control standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe and productive environment.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Learn and adapt to new assembly techniques and product variations as required.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment (training provided).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (11.3 kg).
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
