Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) ensuring it is consistent with brand voice, style, and tone.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way, fostering community engagement and managing online reputation.
- Analyze social media performance using various analytics tools, provide regular reports, and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies, and proactively recommend new strategies and platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and HR teams to align social media content with broader company campaigns and recruitment initiatives.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, managing budgets and optimizing for maximum ROI.
- Identify and engage with key influencers, industry leaders, and potential partners to expand our reach and build strategic relationships.

Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in social media management, preferably within recruitment, HR tech, or a related professional services industry.
