Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate venue logistics, equipment rental, and supplier management for conferences and corporate events.
  • Oversee the meticulous setup and breakdown of conference rooms, stages, exhibition areas, and all associated audio-visual equipment.
  • Manage on-site registration processes, delegate flow, and provide comprehensive attendee support.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, external vendors, and internal departments to ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Develop and manage detailed event timelines, budgets, and critical path schedules.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations, venue policies, and accessibility standards.
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during event setup or live phases, implementing swift resolutions.
  • Conduct post-event evaluation, gather feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in event coordination, with a demonstrable track record in conference or corporate event setup.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
