Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support across multiple channels (email, chat, phone).
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and empathetically.
  • Proactively identify and address potential customer pain points to improve satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product and service enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, marketing) to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of customer experience strategies and best practices.
  • Educate customers on Career.zycto's services and features.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and report on performance.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer experience role (minimum 3 years).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • High level of empathy and emotional intelligence.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and helpdesk systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
